The Soco Tower Premium Room was exactly what we expected, however the shower head was broken with only a large dribble of water coming out of one side (we did not call in a work order and used it with the jet tub !). very luxurious ! And if you make reservations early, you can use the Spa amenities for. So, when making Spa reservations remember to call back in the morning and talk with Jamie- She was very accommodating and made the reservation in less than 5 minutes. Sherri's reaction was to simply say 'well I am not going to make the reservation ' and hung up on me.? So when I called her back she put me on hold 2 more times> What, when I was making a $600 Spa package. Then when I told her it was a surprise for my wife (our 21st Anniversary ) and she could come home any minute that if she came home I would have to call back.
When I called to make the Spa reservation I explained the services I wanted and was put on hold three times by Sherri. However, I did have trouble making reservations. Very nice Room overall and worth the money! Our experience with the Spa was 'Out of this World', having used Spa's in many luxury hotels.
